- Applicants
- A principal of one of the types named on the qualification page, the governing authority of a nation, a state-owned entity, a major corporation, an institutional owner of qualifying asset positions, a producer, a refiner, a miner or a merchant, engages a member financial institution through the qualification path on this site.
- Financial institutions
- An institution seeking to become a member financial institution of the Alkaimi Ecosystem applies for the Alkaimi operating license, which is granted by Pegisai Global Holdings, Inc. under the licensing terms published at pegisai.com; membership follows the license and the institution's own regulatory approvals. Inquiries are addressed to inquiry@pegisai.global.
- Regulators and law enforcement
- A regulator or a law-enforcement agency writes to inquiry@pegisai.global with the word Regulator or Law enforcement in the subject line, and is answered through a verified channel separate from applicant qualification; or serves notice through the registered agent stated below.
- Media
- Media inquiries go to the Pegisai group's director of media relations through pegisai.com. Under its licensing agreement, each member financial institution retains exclusive authority over announcements concerning its own participation.
