The names and marks Alkaimi™, Pegisai™, Digitized Tangible Asset™ and DTA™ may be misused in attempts to defraud the public.
What the misuse looks like
The misuse takes these forms.
- Sale of a DTA
- Offers to sell or issue Digitized Tangible Assets to the public.
- Guarantees and payments
- Guarantees, payments or settlements said to run through Alkaimi.
- Fees to release funds
- Fees demanded to release funds, to process an application, or to secure an introduction.
- False connection
- Websites, messages or documents claiming an Alkaimi or Pegisai connection.
- False agents
- A person claiming to be an agent, representative or introducer of the Alkaimi Ecosystem™ or of Pegisai Global Holdings, Inc.
What the ecosystem never does
The member financial institutions of the Alkaimi Ecosystem, Alkaimi and Pegisai Global Holdings, Inc. never do the following.
- No sale of a DTA
- They do not offer, sell, list, quote or trade a Digitized Tangible Asset to the public.
- No deposits or funds
- They do not accept deposits or funds from the public through this site.
- No fees
- They do not charge a fee to any applicant at any stage.
- No documents by email
- They do not request a document by email.
- No third-party endorsement
- They do not verify, certify, license or guarantee any product or offering of a third party.
- No agents
- They do not authorize any person to act as an agent, representative or introducer of Alkaimi or of Pegisai Global Holdings, Inc.
Never send money, asset documents or banking details to anyone claiming an Alkaimi or Pegisai relationship.
The official channels
The official channels are referral@pegisai.global for applicants, inquiry@pegisai.global for institutions, and the domains pegisai.global, pegisai.com and alkaimi.com. No other address or domain speaks for the ecosystem.
What to do
A person who believes he has been defrauded reports to his local law-enforcement authority. A request to verify a communication may be sent to inquiry@pegisai.global. A fraudulent submission on this site is closed and may be reported to the authorities of the jurisdictions concerned.
