Member financial institutions of the Alkaimi Ecosystem shall display their affiliation with the ecosystem under their own names, on their own websites, at their places of business and in their correspondence, in the form and to the extent permitted by the laws, rules and regulations of each member's own jurisdiction and regulator, and in accordance with the ecosystem's operating guidelines. The affiliation is shown by the member and alters nothing in the member's charter, its regulator or its obligations. A party wishing to confirm that an institution is a member confirms it with that institution directly, through the institution's own published channels; Alkaimi.com publishes no list of members and confirms no membership by email or by telephone.
